Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I really appreciate that Pep Boys offers a pre-purchase inspection. They found several small issues that helped me adjust the sale price of a car I bought. They made sure I scheduled the inspection when they could get it done and it was done in half the time they forecasted. They're also veteran-friendly and offer a discount when possible. I won't hesitate to go back when I need their services again!

Wow! What an incredible experience for auto repair. The service was thorough and very friendly. I thought I just needed a few things done but found out that my car needed a lot of work. They kept the car and did the repairs that day. I got sick and couldn’t pick up the car for a few days and they were very accommodating and interested in my recovery. I just made an appointment for my truck. I doubt I will ever use another mechanic! Great job Pep Boys of Everett! K Brown

I made an appointment to have my front brakes changed. Michael was friendly and courteous. After about 30 minutes, he came to tell me that my brakes were in excellent condition and I had about 8 mm of brake pad left. Another reputable car shop told me I had about 3 mm left on my front brakes and recommended replacement, and that was several months ago. Pep Boys checked my brake fluid and seeing that was also in excellent condition, I was in and out in under an hour with no charge. I appreciate them being honest and upfront and not trying to charge me for unnecessary work. Thank you, Michael and Pep Boys staff!

I had 2 tires installed on the back of my truck this morning. The customer service was outstanding. The gentleman that greeted me and took care of my order was very professional and friendly He made me feel my business was important. He had excellent customer service skills and walked me through everything explaining in detail. As I was waiting the manager greeted me and set up the TV. He made me feel welcome and took the time to chat with me. My overall experience was more than expected. It was a wonderful experience. When I returned to work I shared with my coworkers my experience and recommended when they need tire to go to PepBoys off 128th in Everett!

I purchased my tires from Tire Easy and spent over $110 to have all four replaced. However, during the installation, all four of my alloy wheels were badly scratched. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced such poor service. A nearby shop run by a Mexican team charges only $60–80 for the same service and never caused any damage. If this shop accepted Tire Easy installation orders but decided to handle them carelessly simply because they didn’t profit from the tire sale, then it would have been better not to take the job at all.
